Wimo – Wireless Monitoring
Failed permanent downhole gauge? Don’t worry, WIMO is the perfect solution for you.
WIMO is a retrofit downhole gauge, designed specifically for restoring your live downhole data from the well. WIMO can be installed with conventional equipment like lock mandrels or our LBA (Large Bore Anchor)and is autonomously powered from the production or injection fluid. WIMO measures downhole parameters with its integrated sensors and transmits the digital data wirelessly to surface.
The WiACS (Wireless Autonomous Communication Station) receives the downhole data and relays this to a secure server or the operators SCADA system. WiACS is powered from the sun and connects with the world via GSM, or Iridium sat link, depending on the location.
WIMO is a completely wireless system, retrofitting live digital data from the wellbore to the operator’s dashboard.
